Courier Delivery – Nationwide

  • Shipped via The Courier Guy

  • Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Tracking number provided

Returns:

  • Notify us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, with a photo.

  • Clients cover return shipping unless the mistake was ours.

  • Used, opened, or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Ensure delivery addresses are correct; The Vault Co. is not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses.
