• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen issues.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in ZAR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Local Delivery (Richards Bay): Delivered directly by The Vault Co., fee R50, same-day or next-day delivery.

• Courier Delivery (Nationwide): Shipped via The Courier Guy, fee calculated at checkout, delivery 2–5 business days.

• Ensure delivery addresses are correct; we are not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses.

• Tracking numbers are provided for courier deliveries.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item with a photo.

• Returns are allowed only for items meeting the above conditions; clients cover shipping unless the error was ours.

• Used, opened, or personalized items cannot be returned.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Vault Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and designs on our website are the property of The Vault Co. and may not be used without permission.
